Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our topmost priority, and we want the return process to feel simple if something isn't quite right.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging with tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@rowanhuxley.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you full instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Please don't send items back without approval first, as unapproved returns can't be processed.

Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping on approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything's wrong, reach out right away at [your support email] and we'll sort it out quickly.

Exchanges
We currently process exchanges by completing the return first, then placing a new order for the item you'd prefer. This keeps things moving faster on our end.

Cancelling an Order
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that window, the order is already in process and can't be cancelled — though it can still be returned once delivered. Once shipped, shipping fees aren't refundable and we don't charge restocking fees.

Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show it on your end.
