Shipping Policy
We're committed to getting your order to you reliably and as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times can occasionally be affected by holidays or unexpected carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with a cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends, are processed the next business day.
Shipping Timeline
Total delivery time = handling time + transit time.
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time (Canada): 3–5 business days
- Transit time (United States): 3–5 business days
- Transit time (International/Rest of World): 10–20 business days
We do our best to keep deliveries within these windows. If something's delayed, we'll let you know and work with the carrier to sort it out.
Shipping Rates
- Canada: Express ($20.00, 1–2 business days) or Standard ($12.00, 3–5 business days; free on orders over $75)
- United States: Flat rate of $4.99 USD
- Rest of World: Flat rate of $8.99 USD
All shipping costs are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package can't be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend it. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
International Shipping
Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.
